Brand
The mark, and how to wear it.
CXO Cadre is a private room. The identity is deliberately quiet: one accent, one typeface, generous space, and a mark that reads like a credential rather than a logo. Everything here is yours to use — inside these rules.
The mark
One badge, every ground.
The Plate: a double-framed badge with an ivory C and a brass C. The outer frame is the room; the inner frame is the table. Use the mark alone wherever space is tight — it carries the brand without the wordmark.

Typography
Libre Franklin, and nothing else.
One family across the whole club — chosen for legibility at generous sizes, because the room reads with every pair of eyes at the table. Headings run extrabold and tight; body copy stays regular with open leading; labels are small, uppercase, and letterspaced.

Under the Chatham House Rule
0.8rem, uppercase, 0.12em tracking. Also the mono audit voice for instrumentation lines.
Palette
Navy ground, one brass accent.
Brass is the only decorative colour. Teal and blue are semantic — confirmation and the verified seal — and never used for style.

Using the mark
Do this.
- Give the mark clear space on all sides equal to the height of its inner frame — it should never feel crowded.
- Keep it at 24px minimum on screen, 0.35in in print, so the double frame stays readable.
- Use the light version on cream and white grounds; use mono where a single colour is required.
- Pair with Libre Franklin, or a close grotesque if that family is unavailable.
Never
Not this.
- Recolour the mark, add gradients, shadows, glows, or outlines beyond the two supplied frames.
- Stretch, rotate, or reproportion it — scale uniformly, always.
- Place it on a busy photograph or a colour that leaves the brass frame under 4.5:1 contrast.
- Use the mark to imply membership, sponsorship, or endorsement without the desk’s written agreement.
Downloads
Take what you need.
SVG for anything digital or printed at size; PNG for slides and documents. The kit bundles every file in one archive. The type in every file is outlined to vector paths rather than set as live text, so the wordmark is the same shape on a machine that has never installed Libre Franklin — including your printer’s.
Retina raster
PNGs at 1×, 2×, and 3× for high-density screens — iPhone and Retina laptops render at 2×–3×, so a 1× file looks soft. Pick the multiple that matches your target, or use SVG and never think about it again. White knockouts are pure #FFFFFF for bright grounds. Every mark and lockup here has a genuinely transparent background, so it sits on whatever is behind it; app icons are deliberately flat on the ground navy, because iOS renders transparency in an icon as black.
Social profiles
LinkedIn, X, and most platforms show avatars on a white interface — a transparent or white-knockout mark disappears there. These are solid navy tiles with the brass frame and a bright white C, so the badge reads at any size on any feed.
